Each premium Olde English Lavender Soap loaf weighs approximately 2.90 lb and arrives sealed in food-grade shrink wrap. Size of each loaf is 10"L x 2.75"W x 3"H. Cut it yourself with a sharp knife, or choose our cutting service ($5 per loaf) for ten 1-inch bars stacked together (not individually sealed). We offer no exceptions to the above. We also offer a nice soap cutter for purchase. Soap Saver Dishes are also available. Store your soap in any plastic resealable container.

Derived from the Latin word “lavare,” which means “to wash,” Lavender essential oil has been used for thousands of years as an aromatic & relaxing addition to baths and as a medicinal herb considered to have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. 

Lavender is also considered a gentleman's scent due to the type of fresh, classy quality it has. Most barbershops use lavender in their aftershaves.  In fact whenever a fragrance nowadays is considered a “barbershop” fragrance, it almost always contains lavender.

Made from an Olde English Lavender soap recipe, we put 100% Genuine Lavender Essential Oil (specifically Lavandula angustifolia, also known as English Lavender) in our soap. And we put a lot of it in our soap. You will notice the quality right away when you use our Olde English Lavender Aromatic Soap. (Most soap manufacturers put "Lavender Fragrance Oil" in their soap, which is a synthesized fake Lavender oil usually diluted with a carrier oil. Then they misleadingly market their soap as "Lavender Soap". Not us!)

Note: We use no colorings in our soap. 100% Genuine Lavender Essential Oil is naturally clear pale yellow in color, not purplish as you may expect.
