Shipping policy

Orders are shipped only after receipt of full payment and any information we request to fulfill the order. We only take orders and ship orders to customers that reside in the 50 States of the USA and have a shipping address in the 50 States of the USA. Due to fraud issues with forwarding companies, orders that use them as shipping addresses will be automatically denied. 

IMPORTANT: If you are a previous out of country customer and have a history of no chargebacks or shipping issues then you may put in a request for an exemption to the above. Please send your request prior to ordering to: sales@oldwhippersnappers.com 
Upon approval we will send you an invoice to pay for what you want to order.

All orders are shipped USPS mail.  All items are shipped from our workshop in Connecticut via USPS carrier rate, calculated shipping.

Additional Shipping Information
Due to the custom nature of our products, all soap orders are shipped out within 5 business days of order placement. Business days are Monday thru Friday. Weekends do not count as business days. If an order shipment is somehow delayed (very unusual) we would notify you promptly.
