Guarantee
By requesting a return on an order you understand and accept the following conditions:
We have a 14-day return policy guarantee, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original unopened packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items received by us in any other condition will be discarded and no refunds will be applicable.
SHIPPING FEE
Shipping back to us is at customer cost.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (if ever applicable).
To start a return, first contact us at sales@oldwhippersnappers.com.
If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label (payable up front by you the customer), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and the item will be discarded and no refunds will be applicable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded as stated in this return policy to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you see no activity, please contact us at sales@oldwhippersnappers.com. If your return is not approved (generally due to policy violation) your return will be discarded and no refunds will be applicable.
