Our Dishwashing Soap is a natural product made from our own castile soap and Food Grade Limonene. Limonene, derived from orange peel oil, is a potent degreaser used frequently to cut through grease while leaving a refreshing scent. It is an effective, eco-friendly alternative for cleaning stubborn, greasy dishes, making glasses sparkle. Additionally, it is biodegradable and low in toxicity.

While other soap making companies may use low quality industrial grade Limonene, we spend the extra dollars and use the high quality Food Grade for our dishwashing soap. We feel this is important for you our customer to know.

Key benefits of limonene for dishwashing include:

  • Superior Degreasing: As a terpene, it easily cuts through heavy oils, greasy residues, and grime on dishes and pans.
  • Natural Solvent: It dissolves tough, stuck-on food and sticky residues without harsh synthetic chemicals

While effective by itself, limonene works best in formulas such as ours that also contain surfactants (our castile soap) for the best results in dishwashing.

Natural separation may occur; shake before application. May appear thinner than other commercial brands because we do not use artificial thickeners. Housed in a food-grade clear plastic gallon bottle with conventional screw top closure. Batch-to-batch variations in color and consistency reflect authentic small-batch production methods.
