Each premium 100% Pure Castile Soap loaf weighs approximately 2.90 lb and arrives sealed in food-grade shrink wrap. Size of each loaf is 10"L x 2.75"W x 3"H. Cut it yourself with a sharp knife, or choose our cutting service ($5 per loaf) for ten 1-inch bars stacked together (not individually sealed). We offer no exceptions to the above. We also offer a nice soap cutter for purchase. Soap Saver Dishes are also available. Store your soap in any plastic resealable container.

Castile soap is one of the oldest soaps around. Records of such have been found dating all the way back to the 11th Century. The best castile soaps are traditionally made with 100% olive oil and that is how I make ours. In fact I go the extra mile and make our Castile soap with 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil. (Interesting tidbit: Many if not most soap manufacturers now use cheap fillers like palm oil and other chemical compounds in their Castile soap recipes and pass it off as "Pure Castile". Just read their labels. That is entirely misleading to you the consumer. They get a bigger profit and you get an inferior soap.)

This is the hardest soap we make. It will last a really long time. It is also the most gentle, and the least sudsy soap. So keep that in mind when using it.  They are great soaps to bathe in especially for those with extremely delicate skin.
