using castile shampoo on hair
Castile shampoo is one of the oldest shampoos around. Records of such have been found dating all the way back to the 11th Century. The best castile shampoos are traditionally made with 100% olive oil and that is how I make ours. In fact I go the extra mile and make our Castile shampoo with 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil. (Interesting tidbit: Many if not most shampoo manufacturers now use cheap fillers like palm oil and other chemical compounds in their Castile shampoo recipes and pass it off as "Pure Castile". Just read their labels. That is entirely misleading to you the consumer. AND they water down the liquid shampoos big time. They get a bigger profit and you get an inferior shampoo.)
Castile shampoos are as mild as they come and are great shampoos especially for those with extremely delicate skin and hair. This liquid shampoo is super good. My Premium 100% Pure Castile Liquid Shampoo is strong enough to cleanse your skin and hair, but strong enough to rid it of dirt and grime. Because it is extra gentle on your skin yet cleans excellent many people use it for lots of things that need cleaning: Dishes, clothes, all purpose cleaning spray (couple drops in some water in a spray bottle), dog shampoo. Many more uses can be found on the internet!
